Letter from John Cooper of Skillet:
Hey Panheads and Skillet friends!
We have a number one single on radio with our new song "Rebirthing"!
Thanks to everyone for being so supportive and encouraging about our
new music.
We have been playing concerts and talking to fans after shows, and
there have been so many awesome conversations and testimonies, and
people who have been affected by our music. People usually start those
conversations with,
"I know you hear this a lot, but...".
Let me assure you that we LOVE to hear how our music has helped
someone through a hard time, or how God used it to change your life in
some way.
Just a week ago, we received an email from a fan who was in the
process of making a bad decision and involved in some major sin, and
when he heard the song "Rebirthing" on the radio he instantly made a
decision to change his life and not continue in whatever sin that may
have been.
He described it almost as a "rebirth" in his life with God. That is
amazing to me!
